摘要

湘辣743是以CMS朝天椒不育系N04583A为母本,以单生朝天椒自交系RC18-707-3-2-3-2为父本配制而成的杂交一代,早熟,果实指形,果尖钝,果长4.5 cm,果宽1.5 cm,果肉厚0.1 cm,单果质量3.3 g,熟果大红色,青果绿色,表皮有光泽,辣椒前后期一致性程度高,味香辣,油分含量较高.鲜椒含VC约1.35 g/kg,辣椒素4.68 g/kg,干物质41.7%.每667 m2鲜椒产量1 861.5 kg,干椒产量446.1 kg左右,属鲜食干制两用品种.综合抗性较强,抗疫病,中抗炭疽病、病毒病,可在甘肃、湖南、内蒙古、新疆等地春季和夏季露地栽培.

Abstract

Xiangla 743 is a hybrid cultivar developed by crossing CMS sterile line N04583A as female parent and the upright single inbred line RC18-707-3-2-3-2 as male parent.It is early maturing with finger-shaped fruits and blunt tips.The fruit is 4.5 cm in length,1.5 cm in diameter,0.1 cm in flesh thickness,and 3.3 g in single fruit weight.When unripe,the fruit is green,and it is bright red upon maturity.The fruit is glossy skin,high consistency in early and late stages,with spicy taste and high oil content.The content of VC is 1.35 g/kg and the content of capsaicin is 4.68 g/kg in fresh pepper.The dry matter content is 41.7%.The yield of fresh pepper is 1 861.5 kg/667 m2,and the yield of dry pepper is about 446.1 kg/667 m2.It is suitable for fresh and drying processing.It is resistance to Phytophthora blight,moderate resistance to anthracnose and virus diseases.This cultivar is suitable for cultivation in open-field in spring and summer in Gansu,Hunan,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.
