摘要
高校意识形态工作是党和国家意识形态工作的重要组成部分.面对党的二十大提出的强国建设、民族复兴的时代要求,高校党委必须从"为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人"这一根本问题出发,有效应对敌对势力渗透加剧、师生价值观念日趋多元、网络信息技术迅猛发展、意识形态工作责任制落实不够到位等方面的挑战困境,通过抓导向、抓教育、抓制度、抓阵地、抓保障和抓惩处等举措来做好新时代新征程高校意识形态工作.
Abstract
The ideological work in colleges and universities is an important part of the ideological work of the Party and the State.In the new era and new journey,facing the requirements of the Party's 20 Congresses and the construction of powerful countries and national rejuvenation,party committees in high education system must start from the fundamental issue of"for whom to train people,who to train people,and how to train people",effectively re-spond to the challenges and dilemmas in terms of intensified infiltration of hostile forces,increasingly diversified values of teachers and students,rapid development of network information technology,and inadequate implementa-tion of ideological work responsibility system.By taking measures such as guidance,education,systems,positions,guarantees,and punishments,party committees in colleges and universities can do a good job in ideological work in universities in the new era and new journey.
