摘要

话语主体是高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语的组织者、实施者、引导者,是影响高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语效果的首要基本因素.新时代视域下,树立大思政和协同育人理念,加强高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语主体的多元联动,坚持以生为本、平等交往和与时俱进,转变高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语主体的思维理念,以及围绕理论基础、思维方式、话语自信、个人情商与个人形象等,提高高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语主体的能力素养,是提升高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识育人实效的重要途径.

Abstract

The discourse subject is the organizer,implementer,and guide of the discourse on forging the con-sciousness of the Chinese nation community in universities,and is the primary and fundamental factor that affects the effectiveness of the discourse on forging the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in universities.We should establish the concept of great ideological and political education and collaborative education,strengthen the diverse linkage of discourse subjects in universities to forging the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in the new era.We should adhere to student-centered,equal communication,keep up with the times,transform the thinking philosophy of discourse subjects in universities to forge the consciousness of the Chinese nation community.It is an important way to improve the effectiveness of forging the consciousness of the Chinese nation community by focusing on cultivating theoretical basis,way of thinking,discourse confidence,personal emotional intelligence and personal image,improving the ability and quality of discourse subjects in colleges and universities.
