In the report to the 20th National Congress,the General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should deeply promote common prosperity,improve the distribution system,and build a coordinated system of pri-mary distribution,redistribution and third distribution.The third allocation is an institutional arrangement to further promote social fairness and justice,which emphasizes the conscious participation of social organizations and social forces in public affairs.College students are the backbone of the country.The degree of their social value and sense of responsibility directly affects the development of the country and social progress.However,there is a more promi-nent phenomenon of exquisite egoism among contemporary college students,which makes them lack ideal belief and value pursuit to some extent,mainly manifested as weak public moral consciousness,lack of sense of community and social responsibility.Improving the school education mechanism,cultivating college students'public spirit,strengthening college students'responsibility through moral restraint,strengthening system construction and im-proving community participation characterized by social publicity,public service and donation mechanism,strength-ening college students'responsibility cognition and identification through social practice are important ways to cul-tivate college students'spiritual pursuit of family and country feelings and realize the third distribution.
