At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China,Shehuo culture was in-troduced into the Beiting area of Xinjiang through"all arts into Xinjiang".Beiting area is located in the intersection of Xinjiang agriculture and nomadic civilization,and is an important hinterland of the central Plains to spread splendid culture to the west.This paper systematically discusses the spread and development of Shehuo culture in Beiting area in modern times,the types and characteristics of Shehuo activities in Beiting area,and puts forward the practical path to forge the sense of community for the Chinese nation with Shehuo culture in Beiting area in the new era,which lays a solid theoretical and practical foundation for promoting the"five identities"of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.
