Awareness as Teacher:On the Cultivation of Consciousness of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and Universities
Starting from the existing problems and countermeasures in the classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in Xinjiang,it is pointed out that the key to improving the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in Xinjiang is the universal establishment of teachers consciousness.The teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and uni-versities should pay attention to strengthening self-education,improving their political accomplishment,theoreti-cal level and knowledge reserve,which is the premise of cultivating the teachers'consciousness of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.The state education department should give some administrative care and perfect the external guarantee and incentive mechanism of teachers'consciousness cultivation.As the home of teachers'profession,schools should construct a benign development of the organizational environment to promote the cultivation of teachers'consciousness.
