It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship guidance instructors in applied-oriented undergraduate colleges,as it can promote its development and improve the quality and quantity of related talents.The structure of instructors'team can be further optimized through enhancing the management.The assessment of evaluation system would be improved by the enhancement of cultivation.The incentives and safe-guards for instructors should also be replenished.Those goals can be reached through working on the management,structure,training,evaluation,and service guarantee of instructors,and establishing a team of instructors with high quality,strong professional ability,and rich practical experience.
