摘要
推广普及国家通用语言文字是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的基础和现实需要.推广普及国家通用语言文字是宪法和法律规定的各族公民的责任,更是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践需要,优化路径主要有完善"党委领导、政府主导、社会参与"的体制、构筑中华民族共有精神家园和推广普及国家通用语言文字相结合、学校发挥好推广普及国家通用语言文字教育中的作用、创新推广普及国家通用语言文字工作的方式、方法,提高各族群众学习国家通用语言文字的积极性、重视劳动力转移就业人口的国家通用语言文字能力的提升,等.
Abstract
Promoting and popularizing the standard national spoken and written language is the foundation and practical need to strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Promoting and popularizing the standard national spoken and written language is the responsibility of citizens of all ethnic groups as stipulated in the Consti-tution and laws,and it is also a practical need to strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation.By im-proving the system of"Party committee leadership,government leadership and social participation",combining building the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation with the promotion and popularization of the standard na-tional spoken and written language,schools give full play to the role of the promotion and popularization of the stan-dard national spoken and written language education,and innovate the ways and methods of the promotion and pop-ularization of the standard national spoken and written language education.We will increase the enthusiasm of the people of all ethnic groups to learn the standard national spoken and written language of the country,and pay atten-tion to the improvement of the standard national spoken and written language ability of the transferred labor force for employment.
