The Textual Investigation,Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of National Identity Education Legislation in Xinjiang
Strengthening national identity education in Xinjiang by means of the rule of law is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,to carry out the CPC's Xinjiang governance strategy in a complete and accurate manner in the new era,and an inevitable choice for strengthening a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.At present,Xinjiang national identity education legislation has prob-lems such as insufficient systematization,weak operability of some provisions and the absence of implementation ef-fect inspection mechanism.It is necessary to start from three aspects:issuing the special legislation of Xinjiang na-tional identity education,refining the implicit legislation norms,and comprehensively constructing the implementa-tion effect investigation mechanism to promote the development and improvement of national identity education leg-islation in Xinjiang,give full play to the leading and promoting role of legislation,and strive to promote the realiza-tion of the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.
