Research on Multi-modal Status and Countermeasures of Museum Publicity——Taking Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Museum as an Example
Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Museum is a window for Chinese and foreigner to under-stand the culture of Bazhou city,Xinjiang.Through field visits,it is found that Bazhou Museum has such problems as incomplete publicity materials,unreasonable typesetting of the English translation of the publicity text,English translation errors of the publicity text,and the phenomenon of single form of multi-modal publicity.The corre-sponding countermeasures are put forward:strengthening the construction of digital platform,establishing the Eng-lish and Chinese database of foreign publicity,optimizing the translation strategy of external publicity and accumu-late external publicity materials to establish the Chinese-English database of Bazhou Museum.
