Practice of the Second Bachelor's Degree Policy in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of a Comprehensive University in Northwest China
The policy practice of the second bachelor's degree has opened up a new threshold for undergradu-ate students who are interested in continuous learning.This policy is an effective measure to meet their diversified educational needs.Taking the practice of a comprehensive university in northwest China as a case,this study exam-ined the operationof Class 2022 of the Second Bachelor's Program of the university in terms of major setting,enroll-ment and training,employment security,and sustainable student development.outstudy findings showed that in or-der to better achieve the coupling of students,schools and society,it is urgent to adjust the strategies of enroll-ment,training and employment to meet the requirements of regional economic and social development,learn from the educational mechanism of"professional degree"graduate students,enhance students'practical ability,em-ployment ability and sustainable development ability,and actively reach out for the job market,and take effective measures to continuously improve the educational quality.
