摘要
新质生产力与文化润疆工程高质量发展的内在联系表现为价值诉求的双向内在耦合;创新驱动、要素资源的内在契合.这种内在联系为二者构建了一条相互协调、共同促进的融合发展之路.新质生产力的发展推动文化润疆工程在数字科技赋能、公共文化服务体系建设、发展模式的革新等方面取得显著成效.然而,也应该充分认识到文化润疆工程在激发创新潜能、产业深度融合、人才队伍培养建设等方面存在的不足.从技术创新、制度优化、促进文旅产业深度融合、培养高素质专业化人才方面提出了推进文化润疆工程高质量发展的优化路径.
Abstract
The inherent connection between the new quality productivity and the high-quality development of the culture nourishing Xinjiang project is manifested in the two-way internal coupling of value demands which is the inherent fit between innovation-driven and all-factor resources. This internal connection builds a way of integra-tion and development for both of them to coordinate and promote together. The development of new productive forc-es has promoted the cultural nourishing Xinjiang project to achieve remarkable results in the empowerment of digi-tal technology,the construction of public cultural service system,and the innovation of development mode. Howev-er,we should also be fully aware of the shortcomings of the cultural nourishing Xinjiang project in stimulating inno-vation potential,deep integration of industry,and training and construction of talent teams. The optimization path to promote the high-quality development of the cultural nourishing project in Xinjiang is put forward from the aspects of technology innovation,system optimization,promoting the deep integration of culture and tourism industry,and cultivating high-quality professional talents.
