The Theoretical Fulcrum and Implementation path of Objective Management in Ideological and Political Education
Objective management is a scientific method to promote the healthy development of ideological and political education in universities based on the perspective of management science. In objective management,Marx-ist humanism is the internal support,and combines the action purpose of all participants in ideological and political education together,which provides a theoretical basis for the reform of ideological and political management in uni-versities. The implementation of target management in colleges and universities should not only follow the ideologi-cal and political principles,but also conduct research from the perspective of management to achieve the unity of the whole and the system,the combination of theory and practice,and the synergy of methods and tools.
