A Study on the "MTSI" Model for Cultivating Academic Innovation Ability Among Graduate Students in Economics and Management:A Case Study of Xinjiang University
The cultivation of academic innovation ability among economics and management graduate students in Xinjiang universities compared to those in other regions exhibits significant differences,making it imperative for us to delve deeper into the training mode of academic innovation ability for these graduate students. Given the chal-lenges faced in fostering innovation among graduate students in economics and management,including an insuffi-cient major support,a narrow teaching approach,limited student engagement with academic innovation,and inade-quate practical skills development,this study examines Xinjiang University's "MTSI" training model-which incor-porates multiple collaborations,tutor support,practical service delivery,ideological and political integration strate-gies-to enhance the academic innovation capacity of economics and management graduate students.
