产教融合背景下新疆高校服务区域经济发展现状与对策研究——以昌吉回族自治州三所高校为例

高等教育是区域发展的动力之源,地方高校与区域经济二者相互促进,才能实现共生发展与互动共赢.从昌吉回族自治州(以下简称昌吉州)三所高校开展产教融合现状入手,分析其存在产教融合配套政策不够完善、学科专业建设与社会需求有差距、教师队伍的现状与需求不适应、教学运行与管理不够规范、应用型研究与成果转化不足等问题,有针对性地提出加大政策支持力度,激发产教融合活力;优化学科专业布局,精准对接企业需求;加强师资队伍建设,赋能区域经济发展;建立教育发展机制,不断探索育人新模式、加强应用型科学研究,推动科研成果转化等对策建议.
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Serving Regional Economic Development inColleges and Universities in Xinjiang under the Background of Industry——Education Integration:Illustrated by Three Universities in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefe
Higher education is the driving force for regional development. The mutual promotion between local universities and the regional economy is necessary to achieve symbiotic development and interactive win-win re-sults. Starting from three universities in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,this article analyzes the existing prob-lems such as insufficient supporting policies for industry-education integration,differences between subject con-struction and social needs,discomfort between the current situation and needs of the teaching staff,insufficient stan-dardization of teaching operation and management,and insufficient application research and transformation of re-sults. Correspondingly,we proposes targeted measures such as increasing policy support to stimulate the vitality of industry-education integration,optimizing the layout of disciplines and specialties to precisely meet the needs of en-terprises,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff to empower regional economic development,establish-ing an education development mechanism,continuously exploring new educational models,and strengthening ap-plied scientific research to promote the transformation of scientific research results.
