软土地层中地铁出入口顶管施工全过程管控要点分析

以福州地铁4号线凤凰池站4号出入口顶管施工为背景,介绍在软土地层中顶管从始发到接收施工全过程的管控重点及管控措施.通过控制土压力、顶进速度、出土量以及注浆压力等手段保证施工质量及安全.结果表明:采用厚浆和稀浆相结合的注入方式能较好地控制地表及管线沉降;通过监测数据分析得到,整个施工过程中地表沉降、管线沉降均满足控制要求.
Analysis on the Key Points of Management and Control of the Whole Process of Pipe Jacking Construction at Subway Entrances and Exits in Soft Soil Stratum
Taking the pipe jacking construction at the No.4 entrance and exit of Fenghuangchi Station of Fuzhou Metro Line 4 as the background,this paper introduces the key points and control measures of the whole process of pipe jacking in soft soil strata from the origin to the receiving construction.The construction quality and safety are ensured by controlling earth pressure,jacking speed,amount of earth excavated and grouting pressure.The results show that the injection method of combining thick slurry and thin slurry can better control the surface and pipeline settlement;through monitoring data analysis,it is found that the surface settlement and pipeline settlement during the entire construction process meet the control requirements.
