摘要

除险加固工程中,混凝土结构存在部分拆除的情况,此时必须在保证剩余部分结构不受损坏的基础上完成拆除.针对陆水大坝闸墩的实际情况,采取"绳锯切割、打孔吊装拆除素混凝土+人工破碎钢筋混凝土+气体切割拆除钢结构"的组合施工方案完成闸墩部分拆除,闸墩顶部附属结构全部拆除的任务.该方案在安全文明施工的前提下,圆满地完成了拆除任务,为大坝闸墩恢复施工奠定了基础,保障了枢纽除险加固工程的顺利完成.

Abstract

During the risk removal and reinforcement project,the concrete structure is partially demolished.At this time,the demolition must be completed while ensuring that the remaining part of the structure is not damaged.In view of the actual situation of the gate pier of Lushui Dam,a combined construction plan of"wire saw cutting,drill-ing and lifting to remove plain concrete+manual crushing of reinforced concrete+gas cutting to remove steel structure"was adopted to complete the partial demolition of the gate pier,and the top accessory structure of the gate pier All demolition tasks.Under the premise of safe and civilized construction,this plan successfully completed the dismantling task,laid a foundation for the restoration of the dam gate piers,and ensured the smooth completion of the hub risk elimination and reinforcement project.
