Discussion on Enhancing Teachers'Teaching Abilities in the Context of Reform of Hubei Vocational College Competition
The organizing committee of Hubei Vocational Colleges Skills Competitions made a series of changes to pi-lot projects selection,requirements for onsite works and quota allocation system and other aspects of teaching con-tests,aiming to guide and supervise Hubei vocational colleges in enhancing the development of specialty,curriculum and teaching stuff.Faced with those changes,vocational colleges should focus on strengthening the training of teachers excel both in teaching and contests,double-qualified and good at communication,practice and guidance,with information technology and digital literacy.Full-time teachers should change their mindse to actively participate in the contest and analyze the rules,focusing on reflecting on the features of curriculum and accumulating experience from contests in case they are recommended or sampled to participate in the contest.
