湖北职业教育数字化转型的制度设计与政策研究——基于SWOT分析的视角

摘要
以湖北省职业教育为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法,对湖北省职业教育数字化转型的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了系统分析,提出了湖北省职业教育数字化转型的战略目标和制度设计方案,包括建立健全职业教育数字化转型的法规政策体系、构建职业教育数字化转型的协同治理机制、推进职业教育数字化转型的资源共建共享模式、创新职业教育数字化转型的质量评估与保障机制等,旨在为湖北省职业教育的数字化转型提供参考.
Abstract
With vocational education in Hubei Province as research object,through SWOT analysis,the present study makes a systematic analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of digital transformation of vocational education in Hubei Province.Strategic goals and system formulation scheme are proposed,including establishing and perfecting regulation and policy system,building a collaborative governance mechanism,implemen-ting the mode of co-construction and sharing of resources,innovating quality evaluation and guarantee mechanism and other aspects.The purpose is to provide reference for the digital transformation of vocational education in Hubei Province.
