Statistical Analysis of Factors Influencing the Academic Performance of Public Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province
Vocational education has entered a rapid development path.As a major education province in my country,it is particularly important for Hubei Province to optimally configure school conditions and improve the performance of public higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.With the help of scientific university rankings and school-run-ning condition indicator data in annual quality reports,SPSS statistical software was used to conduct descriptive sta-tistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data,and it was concluded that the factors that have a greater impact on the performance of public higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province are It is the propor-tion of full-time teachers with dual qualifications,the value of teaching and scientific research equipment per student,and the proportion of teachers with senior positions among full-time teachers.Therefore,it is proposed that the government introduces policy documents such as the Measures for the Evaluation and Management of Dual Qualified Teachers to ensure the quality of school running,that universities benchmark the"double high"construc-tion to promote high-quality development,and that enterprises deepen and extend school-enterprise cooperation to a-chieve win-win development between schools and enterprises.
