基于因子分析的湖北双高计划院校办学规模的比较分析

摘要
近年来,湖北省高职院校办学规模的整体水平逐渐提高,但各院校间的办学规模在结构上仍存在较大差别.以湖北省29所双高计划院校办学规模为研究对象,选用7项反映学校规模的评价指标,根据2023年各学校年度质量报告的统计数据,利用SPSS软件进行因子分析,形成综合指标"高职院校办学规模",最后提出相关对策和建议.
Abstract
In recent years,higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province have expanded in size and improved in school-running capacity,but there are still great differences in the structure of scale among colleges and universities.With the scale of 29 double-high level colleges and universities in Hubei Province as the research object,selecting 7 evalu-ation indicators reflecting the scale of schools,based on the statistical data of the annual quality report of each col-lege in 2023,this research made a factor analysis of the sizes of these colleges and universities with SPSS software.It formed comprehensive indicators of scale of higher vocational colleges and universities and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
