Exploration on Adaptive Learning of Higher Vocational Students in the Context of Diverse Sources of Students
To explore how higher vocational colleges provide individualized,diversified and customized education and to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching reform,with 10,028 enrolled students of a vocational col-lege as the research object,we carry out empirical research through questionnaire survey.Using data processing methods such as comparison,correlation,cluster analyses,and statistical analysis of keyword frequency,this paper analyzes the individualized learning characterization and Adaptive Learning mode of higher vocational students a-gainst the background of diverse sources of students.In order to meet adaptive learning needs of higher vocational students,four key measures are proposed,namely strengthening career planning education,establishing and impro-ving the systems of teaching management and school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the curriculum system of vo-cational education,and deepening the reform of curriculum assessment and evaluation.
