摘要
梳理了高职院校高层次人才队伍建设存在的5个方面问题,分析了规划制定、考核机制、绩效考核等3个方面原因,并从强化党的领导、坚持协同推进、推进"高端引领"工程、拓展选才荐才机制、构建多方位保障体系、完善考核和退出机制等6个方面提出了高层次人才队伍建设对策.
Abstract
This paper reviews five problems existing in the construction of high-level talent team in vocational colle-ges and universities,and analyzes the causes from three aspects of plans formation,assessment mechanism and per-formance assessment.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from 6 aspects,namely strengthening the leadership of the Party,adhering to coordinated promotion,promoting the high-end leading project,expanding the mechanism of selecting and recommending talents,building a multi-faceted security system,and improving the as-sessment and withdrawal mechanism.
