摘要

针对风光互补发电实训装置在教学中存在的一系列问题,给出了对应的解决方案,即通过更换新型PLC、重构网络实现了以太网通讯为主、支持多上位机的新型网络结构,通过模块化改造实现了装置内部子模块与外部PLC模块灵活搭配的创新实训方案,切实提高了设备利用率、实训开出率,改善了实训效果,提出了在实训装置数量不足条件下开展大班教学的解决方案.

Abstract

Aiming at a series of problems existing in the teaching of wind-solar complementary power generation training device,this paper provides corresponding solutions,namely,by replacing the new PLC and reconstructing the network,a new network structure based on Ethernet communication and supporting multiple host computers is realized.Through modular transformation,an innovative training scheme with flexible matching of internal sub-modules and external PLC modules of the device is realized,which effectively improves the equipment utilization rate,training opening rate,and training effect.A solution for large-class teaching under the condition of insufficient number of training devices is proposed.
