In order to make the construction results of geotechnical training room meet both the needs of teaching and the needs of production,by comparing the current status of geotechnical training room and the qualification stand-ards of water conservancy industry quality inspection units,the gap between the two was found,and four counter-measures were proposed:optimizing the facilities and equipment of geotechnical training room,updating the training teaching content,improving the level of teaching staff and improving the operation and management of the training room.
