New Double High-level Construction Plan emphasizes that talent cultivation in vocational colleges should match regional industrial development.To learn about the demand for Web front-end development talents in Wuhan,data of positions from recruitment Websites were collected and processed,statistical analysis was made,specific in-formation about the number of talents needed for each position,requirements for work experience and ability for va-rious positions in Web front-end development has been obtained.Based on research on the demand for talents,this paper analyzes the situation of training of Web front-end development talents in higher vocational colleges and re-gional demand,and puts forward suggestions to enhance the adaptability of talent cultivation to social needs.
