Research on Construction of Quality Evaluation System of Higher Vocational English Education Based on New Standards
In the context of deepening the reform of vocational education,the necessity,principles and paths of con-structing quality evaluation system of higher vocational English education based on New Standards are discussed.It is proposed to determine key dimensions including teaching objective,teaching contents,teaching approaches,re-search on teaching,teachers'quality and teaching effect,and set specific aspects to be assessed for each dimension,aiming to objectively evaluate quality of English education in vocational colleges in all respects.The system high-lights student-oriented evaluation and attaches importance to cultivating students'key competence and comprehen-sive abilities.It can promote teachers professional development and optimize teaching administration,offering theo-retical basis and practical guidance for improving quality of English teaching in vocational colleges and cultivating high quality technical talents with global competitiveness.
