Issues and Countermeasures of Water Resources Development and Utilization in Aketao County of Xinjiang
Aketao County in Xinjiang is rich in water resources,but small amount can be utilized.To meet the needs of sustainable economic and social development,it is urgent to address many issues and challenges in the develop-ment and utilization of water resources.This paper analyzes the current situation of water resource development and utilization in Aketao County,and puts forward a series of strategies focusing on water-saving irrigation,including strengthening the construction of water source projects,allocating water resources in reasonable manners in plain ar-eas,fully utilizing uncommon water sources,and promoting meticulous management of water resources to improve the utilization efficiency of water resource and allocation capability of Aketao County,and promote the development and utilization of water resources in this area to a new level.
