Guidelines on Improving the Arbitration System and Enhancing the Credibility of Arbitration issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council stresses social supervision should play a role,which inspires us to deliberate on the supervision of arbitration by procuratorial organs.At present,the three major arbitration laws of our country do not explicitly require the super-vision of arbitration by the procuratorial organs,but that does not mean there is no need for the supervision of arbi-tration by procuratorial organs.Based on understanding the key points of the above government document and in view of the features of China's three existing arbitration system,the starting point of the procuratorial supervision of arbitration should be found to explore the path of the procuratorial supervision of arbitration,and further enhance the credibility of arbitration.
