Since the beginning of this year,the positive trend of economic recovery has been consolidated and strengthened.Positive factors have increased in the economic operation,and the driving force continues to grow.Social expectations have improved,showing characteristics of rapid growth,structural optimization,and improved quality and efficiency.The economy has achieved a good start.However,the momentum of economic recovery has not met the expectations of the general public,and there are phenomena in society such as wavering in thinking,lack of confidence,and hesitation in action.At this juncture,it is an urgent duty and task for theoretical workers,policy makers,and public opinion propagandists to explain and clarify to the cadres and the masses the eight important relationships that affect the current economic operation,to unify their thinking,boost confidence,and take positive actions.The eight important relationships are:the relationship between"doctrine"and"method";the relationship between macroscopic situation and microscopic perception;the relationship between reform and opening up and self-reliance;the relationship between the central and local governments;the relationship between socialist market economy and socialist ethics;the relationship between developing new quality productive forces and traditional industries;the relationship between domestic demand and external demand;and the relationship between the opening of capital and financial accounts and the RMB internationalization.
