电容对电火花沉积司太立合金涂层的影响

目前有关电容对电火花沉积层质量及结构的影响研究较少.利用新型电火花沉积设备,以司太立合金作为电极材料,在H13钢表面以不同的电容值进行了沉积试验研究,探索电容对涂层质量及组织结构的影响.利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了沉积层的组织结构和涂层厚度.试验表明:不同电容参数所得到的涂层相结构组成差别不大,其表面白亮层结构均为M7C3和Co基固溶体,随着电容的增加涂层厚度逐渐增大.
Effects of Capacitance on Electro Spark Deposition of Stellite Alloy Coating
By using a new electro spark deposition (ESD) instrument and employing Stellite alloy electrode as electrode material,the electrodeposition test on H13 steel surface was carried out under various capacitance values,and the influence of capacitance values on quality and structure of coatings was explored.The structure and thickness of the deposited layer were analyzed by XRD and SEM.Results showed that the microstructure of the coating prepared under different capacitance parameters had little difference,and the structure compositions of the white bright layer were M7C3 and Co based solid solution.Besides,the coating thickness increased with the increase of the capacitance.
