Research Progress and Development Trend of Silane Compound Treatment on Metal Surface
Silane treatment of metal surface technology has the advantages of environmental protection,simple step,low energy consumption and so on.Silane film formed on the metal surface,has the advantages of few defects,strong adhesion and good corrosion resistance,which has the equivalent corrosion resistance as the chromium passivation film.However,once the silane film is damaged,the silane film will lose its proper protection to the metal substrate.In this paper,the commonly modification methods of silane treatment of metal surface used at home and abroad were introduced,including the rare earth,molybdate,f1uoride titanium (zirconium) acid salt and so on.The focus was on the modification of rare earth metal on the surface of different silane treatment technology.Besides,the corrosion inhibition mechanism of rare earth silane film was discussed and the development trend of silanization processing technology in the future was prospected.
