纳米氧化锆/碳纤维改性环氧复合涂料的制备及其性能研究

为了提高环氧涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,延长金属的使用寿命,通过硅烷偶联剂KH560对纳米ZrO2和碳纤维(Cnf)杂化,制备得到ZrO2-Cnf.将原子分数1%,2%,3%和4%的ZrO2和 ZrO2-Cnf 2种填料分别添加至环氧(EP)涂料中,通过喷涂法制备得到ZrO2/EP涂层和ZrO2-Cnf/EP涂层.通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱、电化学测试、维氏硬度测试、摩擦磨损试验对改性填料和改性环氧复合涂料进行了表征.结果表明,改性后的填料可以充分提高环氧树脂涂层的耐腐蚀性能,当填料的含量为2%时,ZrO2/EP涂层和ZrO2-Cnf/EP涂层的耐腐蚀性能均最佳,磨损损失量最小;当2种填料的含量为3%时,硬度值最大,分别为32.9 HV5.0和46.6 HV50.
Preparation and Properties of Nano Zirconia/Carbon Fiber Modified Epoxy Composite Coatings
For improving the corrosion resistance of the epoxy coating in 3.5%NaCl solution and extending the service life of the metal,the ZrO2-Cnf was prepared by the hybridization of nano-ZrO2 and carbon fiber(Cnf)with silane coupling agent KH56O.Moreover,the ZrO2/EP coatings and ZrO2-Cnf/EP coatings were prepared by spraying method by adding 1%,2%,3%and 4%(atomic fraction)of ZrO2 and ZrO2-Cnf fillers into epoxy(EP)coatings,respectively.The modified fillers and modified epoxy composite coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,electrochemical tests,Vickers hardness tests and friction and wear tests.Results showed that modified fillers could completely improve the corrosion resistance of epoxy resin coatings.When the content of filler was 2%,the corrosion resistance of ZrO2/EP coating and ZrO2-Cnf/EP coating was the best,and the wear loss was the smallest.When the content of the two fillers was 3%,the maximum hardness values were 32.9 HV50 and 46.6 HV5.0,respectively.
