冷、热轧工艺对S400不锈钢点蚀性能的影响

为了更好地了解轧制成型工艺对不锈钢板材点蚀性能的影响,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、电子显微镜技术和电化学测试方法等研究了冷、热轧S400不锈钢的微观组织演化、碳化物析出和点蚀机理.结果表明,冷、热轧S400不锈钢基体均为铁素体组织,其中冷轧工艺钢(CR-S400)基体为细长变形的铁素体晶粒,热轧工艺钢(HR-S400)的铁素体晶粒呈现等轴晶;在CR-S400和HR-S400中均观察到了富Cr的M23C6碳化物析出,该碳化物引起了 CR-S400和HR-S400的点蚀;HR-S400的点蚀电位较低,极化电阻较小,耐腐蚀性较差,这可能归因于在HR-S400中形成的少量马氏体岛组织的出现降低了 S400热轧板的耐蚀性.
Effect of Cold and Hot Rolling Process on Pitting Performance of S400 Stainless Steel
To better understand the influence of the rolling forming process on the pitting corrosion performance of stainless steel plates,the mi-crostructure evolution,carbide precipitation and pitting corrosion mechanism of cold-rolled and hot-rolled S400 stainless steel were studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron microscopy and electrochemical testing methods.Results showed that the substrates of both cold-rolled and hot-rolled S400 stainless steel were a ferrite structure.Specifically,the substrate of cold-rolled process steel(CR-S400)consisted of slender deformed ferrite grains,while the ferrite grains in hot-rolled process steel(HR-S400)were equiaxed.The precipitation of Cr-rich M23C6 carbide,which led to the pitting corrosion of both CR-S400 and HR-S400,was observed in both CR-S400 and HR-S400.HR-S400 ex-hibited a low pitting potential,low polarization resistance and poor corrosion resistance,potentially due to the formation of a small amount of martensite island structure in HR-S400,reducing the corrosion resistance of the S400 hot-rolled sheet.
