研究了热镀锌带钢锌流纹缺陷的主要影响因素,针对0.35 mm以下极薄规格热镀锌带钢的锌流纹缺陷,通过调整炉区工艺控制、增加铝含量在线检测设备、调整锌锅温度目标值、优化气刀工艺参数等措施,较好地控制了极薄规格热镀锌带钢锌流纹缺陷的产生,满足了生产要求.
Zinc Streaks Control Technology for Ultra-Thin Hot-Dip Galvanized Strip Steel
In this paper,the main influencing factors of zinc streaking defects of hot-dip galvanized strip steel were studied.Aiming at the zinc streaking defects of ultra-thin hot-dip galvanized strip steel below 0.35 mm,the production of zinc streaking defects of ultra-thin hot-dip galva-nized strip steel were controlled well by adjusting the furnace area process control,adding online detection equipment for aluminum content,adjusting the target value of zinc pot temperature,optimizing the parameters of air knife process,and other measures,which could meet the production requirements.
