混凝土的腐蚀机理及其防护涂层的研究进展

混凝土因抗压性强、价格低廉、资源丰富等优点而成为现代建筑最主要的结构材料,然而,因腐蚀诱发的耐久性问题成为限制其应用和发展的瓶颈.从物理、化学、生物3个因素深入分析了混凝土的腐蚀机理;全面地总结了无机类、有机类、以及无机-有机复合型等典型混凝土涂层的应用现状及其优缺点;介绍了自修复涂层、自清洁涂层等新型涂层的研究进展;最后探讨了混凝土涂层未来的发展趋势,以期对混凝土防护涂层的开发提供新思路.
Research Progress on Corrosion Mechanisms and Protective Coatings of Concrete
Concrete has become the most important structural material for modern buildings due to its high compressive strength, low price cost and abundant resources. However, the durability problem induced by corrosion has been a bottleneck to limit its applications and development. In this work, an in-depth analysis of the corrosion mechanism of concrete was conducted from physical, chemical and biological factors. The application status, advantages and disadvantages of organic, inorganic and organic -inorganic composite typical concrete coatings were comprehensively summarized, the research progress of new coatings such as self-healing coatings and self-cleaning coatings was introduced. Finally, the future development trends of concrete coatings were discussed. This paper would provide new ideas for the development of concrete protective coatings.
