温度对1Cr钢CO2腐蚀行为的影响

为了提高石油管材的抗腐蚀性能并兼顾一定的经济性,低铬含量的钢受到油气田越来越多的关注.利用高温高压釜模拟CO2腐蚀环境,研究温度对1Cr钢失重腐蚀行为和电化学腐蚀行为的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了不同温度下1Cr钢表面腐蚀产物的形貌及组分特征.结果表明:在60~120℃范围内,随着温度的升高,1Cr钢的腐蚀速率先增加后降低,在80℃时腐蚀速率达到最大值.随着温度进一步升高,腐蚀产物膜变得更加致密均匀,提高了电荷转移电阻.同时高温下Cr元素在产物膜中的富集也提高了腐蚀产物膜电阻,最终导致100℃和120℃下1Cr钢腐蚀速率降低.
Effect of Temperature on the Corrosion Behavior of 1Cr Steel in CO2 Environment
For improving the corrosion resistance of oil pipes and taking into account certain economic benefits,steel with low chromium content has received increasing attention from oil and gas fields. In this paper,a high-temperature high-pressure autoclave was used to simulate the CO2 corrosion environment,for investigating the effects of temperature on the weight loss corrosion behavior and electrochemical corrosion behavior of 1Cr steel. Moreover,the morphology and composition characteristics of corrosion products on the surface of 1Cr steel at different temperatures were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy ( SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy ( EDS) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD) . Results showed that in the range of 60~120 ℃,the corrosion rate of 1Cr steel first increased and then decreased with the increase of temperature,and reached the maximum value at 80 ℃. As the temperature increased further,the corrosion product film became denser and more uniform,which increased the charge transfer resistance. At the same time,the enrichment of Cr in the product film at high temperatures also increased the resistance of the corrosion product film,which eventually led to a decrease in the corrosion rate of 1Cr steel at 100℃ and 120℃.
