在某款商用车产品的电泳拆车工艺验证过程中,发现A柱、B柱和C柱内腔电泳漆膜存在严重质量缺陷.采用EcoatMaster电泳仿真软件对电泳涂膜质量进行分析,针对漆膜缺陷问题,采用内板新增电泳工艺孔、整流电源设置运动矢量增压功能及车身驾驶仓内新增辅助阳极的矩阵式组合验证方案,最终以高品质和低成本方法成功解决A柱、B柱和C柱内腔电泳漆膜品质问题,从而满足了企业的产品防腐质量要求.
Resolving the Quality Issues of Electrophoretic Coatings in Inner Cavities through Simulation Analysis Combined with Matrix Demonstration
During the verification of the electrophoretic dismantling process for a commercial vehicle product,serious quality defects were found in the electrophoretic paint film of the inner cavities of the A-pillar,B-pillar and C-pillar. The EcoatMaster electrophoretic simulation software was used to analyze the quality of electrophoretic coatings. To address the issue of paint film defects,a matrix-based combination verification scheme was adopted,which included adding electrophoretic process holes to the inner panels,setting motion vector boosting functions in the rectifier power supply and adding auxiliary anodes inside the vehicle body cabin. This approach successfully resolved the quality issues of electrophoretic paint film in the inner cavities of the A-pillar,B-pillar and C-pillar with high quality and low cost,thereby meeting the company' s product anti-corrosion quality requirements.
