二聚脂肪酸在高分子材料合成中的应用研究进展

以石油化工产品为原料合成的高分子材料,在生物降解性、生物亲和性、耐水性、原料的可再生性等方面往往存在一定的局限性.二聚脂肪酸是一种油脂化工产品,以其为原料合成的高分子材料,具有生物亲和性好,降解性能优良等特性,且其原料来源广泛,为可再生资源,在很多方面弥补了石油化工产品的不足,具有良好的发展前景.综述了近年来以二聚脂肪酸为原料合成的聚酰胺、聚酯、环氧树脂等高分子材料在合成工艺、性能及应用等方面的最新概况及发展前景.
Research Progress of the Application of Dimer Fatty Acid to the Synthesis of Macromolecule Materials
There are some limitations on the macromolecule materials made from petrochemicals in the parts of biodegradability, biocompatibility, water resistance, the reproducibility of the resource, and so oa Dimer fatty acid is a product of oil chemistry. The macromolecule materials made from dimer fatty acid show excellent properties on biodegradability and biocompatibility, and the source of the raw material is broad. These materials have filled the gaps of the petrochemicals, and have a promising future. The general situation and the future developments of the synthesis technique, property and application of polyamide, polyester, epoxy resins that made from dimer fatty acid have been summarized in this paper.
