耐火电缆耐火绝缘层材料的研究进展

摘要
介绍了不同类型耐火绝缘层材料的组成、材料选择、性能特点及研究概况.分析认为以云母带和氧化镁为耐火绝层缘材料制备耐火电缆在生产,安装施工、成本等方面存在明显不足,而快速陶瓷化耐火绝缘层材料在生产、安装施工、成本等方面优点突出.进一步指出,应在材料选择、新产品开发等方面加强对快速陶瓷化耐火绝缘层的研究.
Abstract
Insulating material nxnpoaitioni material sclciian. Performannce and research progress of the three types of frre-resistant insulating layer materrials are described. There are obvious disadvantages in production,installa-tion and price of fire-resistant cables using mice tape and magnesium hydroxide(MgO)as fire-resistant insulating la-yer.While there are obvious advantages in production,installation and price of fire-resistant cables using fast cerami-lying fire-resistant layer as fire-resistant insulating layer.Further more,rescarch work in material selection and newproduct development should be reinforced.
