摘要
羟基磷灰石(HA)微载体是由钙磷酸盐组成的具有无毒、耐腐蚀、良好的生物相容性以及骨传导性等优点的微球.综述了HA微载体的制备方法,主要有微乳液形核法、模板-自组装法、高温熔融法、喷雾干燥法等,简要介绍了HA微载体在药物载体、分离纯化、培养细胞等方面的应用,展望了HA微载体今后的发展.
Abstract
Hydroxyapatite micro-carrier is a kind of microspheres, with advantages of non-toxic, corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility and bone conductivity. The preparation method of hydroxyapatite micro-carrier are reviewed, including microemulsion method, template-assembly method, high temperature melting method, spray-drying method. Hydroxyapatite micro-carrier is widely used in drug control and release, substrate of separation, microcar-riers of cell culture. The future of hydroxyapatite micro-carrier is prospected.
