秸秆人造板用胶黏剂研究进展

农作物秸秆人造板的使用填补了我国因木质资源短缺造成木基人造板供不应求的缺口,胶黏剂的性能则成为了制约秸秆人造板性能的关键因素。综述了秸秆人造板用脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、异氰酸酯、三聚氰胺树脂、橡胶等胶黏剂的性能和使用现状,分析了这些胶黏剂在制作秸秆板时存在的突出问题。并且针对这些问题,介绍了无机胶黏剂、生物胶黏剂等新型胶黏剂在秸秆人造板中的应用,最后指出了传统的有机胶黏剂和新型的无机、生物胶黏剂的发展方向,为秸秆人造板用胶黏剂的进一步研究提供参考。
Research Progress of Adhesives for Strawboard
The gap of short supply of wood-based panels which cause by the shortage of wood resource is filled by the use of straw based panels.The adhesive performance is a key factor which restricts the performances of straw-board.This paper summarizes the performance and current status of the use of straw based panels with urea-formalde-hyde resin,phenolic resin,isocyanate,melamine resin and rubber adhesive.We also analyze the outstanding problems of these adhesives in the production of strawboard.And against these issues,the use of inorganic adhesive,biological adhesives and other new adhesive in strawboard are introduced.Finally,we point out the direction for the traditional, new organic adhesive,inorganic adhesive and biological adhesive.It can provide a reference for the further research of adhesives for strawboard.
