固体润滑齿轮接触疲劳寿命及影响因素研究现状

齿轮作为传动领域的重要零部件,其使用寿命受到了广泛关注。在齿轮运行过程中,接触齿面受到相互滚动作用和相互滑动作用,容易造成齿面接触疲劳失效。固体润滑齿轮是指齿面上镀覆了一层固体润滑涂层的齿轮,涂层可有效减轻齿轮啮合面的摩擦磨损并提高其承载能力,最终实现延长齿轮接触疲劳寿命的目的。本文主要总结了固体润滑齿轮接触疲劳寿命的国内外研究现状。首先对固体润滑齿轮接触疲劳试验研究进行了综述,包括各种类型齿轮试验机的研制、各种固体润滑齿轮典型的接触疲劳失效形式以及提出的相关寿命计算模型和试验方法等内容。然后,从齿轮啮合面之间接触力学和摩擦学的角度,考虑固体润滑涂层的特性,概述了各类基于数值计算和有限元分析建立的寿命计算模型。接着,探究分析了表面物理性能、服役工况和固体润滑材料三个主要因素对固体润滑齿轮接触疲劳行为的影响。最后,本文对固体润滑齿轮接触疲劳寿命未来的研究方向进行了总结和展望。
Current Status of Research on Contact Fatigue Life and Influencing Factors of Solid Lubrication Gears
As an important component in the field of transmission,the service life of gears has received wide attention.In the gear operation process,the contact tooth surface is subject to mutual rolling action and mutual sliding action,easy to produce tooth contact fatigue failure.Solid lubri-cation gear refers to the gear tooth surface coated with a layer of solid lubrication coating gear,the coating can effectively reduce the friction and wear of the gear meshing surface and improve its load-bearing capacity,and ultimately realize the purpose of extending the contact fatigue life of the gear.This paper mainly summarizes the current research status of solid lubrication gear contact fatigue life at home and abroad.First of all,the contact fatigue test research on solid lubricated gears is summarized,including the development of various types of gear testing machines,the typical contact fatigue failure forms of various solid lubricated gears,as well as the relevant life calculation models and test methods proposed and so on.Then,from the perspective of contact mechanics and tribology between gear meshing surfaces,and considering the characteristics of solid lubrication coatings,various types of life calculation models based on numerical calculations and finite element analysis are outlined.Then,the in-fluence of three main factors,namely,surface physical properties,service conditions and solid lubrication materials,on the contact fatigue be-havior of solid lubricated gears is explored and analyzed.Finally,this paper summarizes and looks forward to the future research direction of con-tact fatigue life of solid lubricated gears.
