水基钻井液用多元协同纳米润滑剂的研究进展

纳米技术在钻井液中的应用是目前油田化学领域的研究热点之一,受到国内外钻井液行业的普遍关注.随着纳米粒子的研究越来越深入,国内外已开始将其用于钻井液润滑改性,其用量少、对环境潜在的负面影响小,开发与应用新型环保钻井液纳米润滑剂是当前的发展趋势.本文围绕钻井液用纳米润滑材料的研究进展进行了详细的综述,包含纳米材料抗磨减摩机理、纳米粒子种类及形态、纳米材料在钻井液中的润滑效果,指出了纳米润滑材料应用于钻井液存在的问题,重点探讨了纳米粒子表面修饰改性进展并对多元协同及多效发挥进行了展望.
Research Progress of Multivariate Synergistic Nanolubricants for Water-based Drilling Fluids
The application of nanotechnology in drilling fluids has been a research hotspot recently in oilfield chemistry.With the in-depth study of the lubrication effect of nanoparticles,they have been used for lubrication modification of drilling fluids.The amount of nanoparticles used in drilling fluids is small,and the potential negative impact on the environment is weak.The development of new environmentally friendly nanolubricants for water-based drilling fluids is the current trend.This paper analyzes application trends of nanolubricants used in drilling fluids,including the anti-wear and friction-reduction mechanism,types and application forms of nanoparticles,and the lubricating effects.The problems in the application of nanolubricants in drilling fluids are elaborated,with a focus on exploring the progress of surface modification of nanolubricants.At the end,a brief prospect for the synergistic and simultaneous development of multiple effects is given.
