外加磁场对摩擦副材料摩擦磨损及抗腐蚀性能影响的研究进展

随着测控设备和机械装备所处电磁环境的日益复杂,越来越多的摩擦副材料在磁场环境下工作服役,外加磁场对摩擦副材料摩擦磨损及腐蚀性能的影响对指导涉磁场机械装备的安全、可靠、长寿命运行有着重要意义。本文系统总结了外加磁场对金属和聚合物两种常用摩擦副材料摩擦磨损性能影响的作用机理,梳理并分析了磁场强度、磁场方向和频率等磁场参数对金属和聚合物摩擦副材料摩擦磨损性能的影响形式及程度,归纳了腐蚀过程中外加磁场对摩擦副材料的腐蚀起到促进或抑制作用的本质原因,对比分析了磁场强度、磁场方向等对摩擦副材料的腐蚀速度、极化曲线、腐蚀产物形貌造成不同程度的影响,概述了磁场条件下分子动力学模拟的研究进展,最后提出了现有研究中存在的不足,并对外加磁场条件下,尤其对涉水环境中摩擦副材料磨损和腐蚀交互作用的研究提出了展望。
Research Progress of Influence of Applied Magnetic Field on Friction Wear and Corrosion Properties of Friction Pair Materials
With the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment of measurement and control equipment and mechanical equipment,more and more friction pair materials work and serve in the magnetic field environment.The influence of external magnetic field on the friction,wear and corrosion performance of friction pair materials is of great significance to guide the safe,reliable and long-life operation of magnetic field-related mechanical equipment.This paper systematically summarizes the mechanism of the effect of external magnetic field on the friction and wear properties of metal and polymer friction pair materials.This paper combs and analyzes the influence form and degree of magnetic field parameters such as magnetic field intensity,magnetic field direction and frequency on the friction and wear properties of metal and polymer friction pair materials,and sums up the essential reason why external magnetic field promotes or restrains the corrosion of friction pair materials in the process of corrosion.The effects of magnetic field intensity and magnetic field direction on the corrosion rate,polarization curve and corrosion product morphology of friction pair materials are compared and analyzed.The research progress of molecular dynamics simulation under magnetic field conditions is summarized,finally,the shortcomings of the existing research are put forward,and under the condition of external magnetic field,especially the research on the interaction between wear and corrosion of friction pair materials in water-wading environment is prospected.
