高强度合金钢应力腐蚀性能研究

通过真空熔炼法制备高强度合金钢,采用慢应变速率拉伸测试法检测应力腐蚀敏感性.结果表明,随着材料强度的增加,应力腐蚀敏感性变大,断口出现沿晶形貌,属于脆性断裂;不同材料进行充氢试验后,慢拉伸试样的H残留量随着Mo含量的增加而增加,说明Mo含量对H残留有一定的影响.
Study on Stress Corrosion Behavior of High Strength Alloy Steel
High strength alloy steel is prepared by vacuum melting method,and the stress corrosion sensitivity is tested by slow strain rate tensile test.The results show that with the increase of material strength,the stress corrosion susceptibility becomes larger,and the fracture surface shows intergranular morphology,which belongs to brittle fracture.After the hydrogen charging test of different materials,the residual amount of H in slow tensile specimens increases with the increase of Mo content,which shows that Mo content has a certain effect on the residual amount of H.
