大型风电叶片模具高精度制造技术研究

摘要
大型风电叶片批量化、标准化以及高精度、高性能发展趋势对风电叶片模具材料、设计及精准制造工艺等方面提出了更高的要求,但目前尚缺乏相关的系统研究和梳理.本研究结合叶片模具实际成型过程,从蒙皮结构、钢架结构和蒙皮-钢架连接部分特征及协同效应等3方面总结了不同因素对风电叶片模具精准制造的影响,为工程预测和控制提供直观的数据参考.
Abstract
The development trend of large-scale wind turbine blades in batches,standardization,high precision and high per-formance put forward higher requirements on the mold material,design and precision manufacturing technology of wind turbine blade,however,the systematic research still lacks.In this research,the skin structure,steel frame structure,and characteris-tics and synergistic effect of the skin-steel frame connection part are summarized combining with the actual forming process by the blade mold.The research provides intuitive data reference for the engineering prediction and control.
