镁基复合材料及其制备工艺研究现状与展望

镁及镁合金是当前最轻的金属结构材料,但由于强度、耐磨性以及耐高温能力不足,限制了其在工程领域的广泛应用。镁基复合材料是目前提高镁合金力学性能并实现工业化的重要途径之一,它在保留镁合金优点的同时可以克服上述缺点。本文根据镁基复合材料在制备过程中常见的增强相按其形式进行分类,阐述了其各自的增强机制,同时结合制备工艺与模拟研究,介绍了镁基复合材料研究现状,并对其未来发展趋势和研究方向进行了展望。
Research Status and Prospect of Magnesium Matrix Composites and Their Preparation Technology
Magnesium and magnesium alloys are the lightest metal structural materials,but the shortcomings in strength,wear resistance and high temperature resistance have limited their wide application in engineering field.Magnesium matrix composites are one of the most important ways to improve the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys and achieve industrialization,which can overcome the above disadvantages with the advantages of magnesium alloys.Therefore,theoretical and experimental studies on magnesium alloys and their composites are of great importance.In this paper,the common reinforcing phases in the preparation of magnesium matrix composites are classified according to their forms,and their corresponding strengthening mechanisms are described,while the current status of magnesium matrix composites research is introduced with the preparation process and simulation studies,and the development trend and research direction of magnesium matrix composites are prospected.
