硬模板法构筑多孔高吸湿再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维

本研究通过双螺杆挤出工艺将再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与CaCO3微粒共混制备成母粒,经熔融纺丝和酸处理制得具有多孔结构的再生PET纤维.实验结果表明,具有多孔结构的再生PET纤维的回潮率达到1.36%,这是公定回潮率的4.5倍.所制备的多孔再生PET纤维具有孔隙分布均匀、可纺性高和亲水性高的优点.
Construction of Porous High Moisture Absorption PET Fibers by Hard Template Method
Regenerated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and CaCO3 microparticles were blended into masterbatch by twin-screw extruder,and PET fibers with porous structures were prepared by melt spinning and acid treatment.The experimental results showed that the hygroscopicity of porous PET fibers reached 1.36%,which was 4.5 times of the nominal value.The prepared porous PET fibers had the advantages of uniform pore distribution,high spinnability and high hydrophilicity.
