数字农业与农村环境可持续发展:作用机理与多维效益

农村环境可持续发展问题是农业农村工作的重点,厘清数字农业与农村环境可持续发展的理论关系,对乡村振兴战略的顺利实施具有重要意义.基于2012-2021年全国30省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,开展实证研究.结果表明:数字农业对农村环境可持续发展存在多维效益.第一,多层面效益.数字农业对农村环境可持续发展产生显著的正向影响,体现在数字化政策、数字化设施、数字化应用、数字化人才四个方面.第二,多区域效益.从省份划分看,影响的显著性呈现"中—东—西"分布.同时在邻近区域间呈现正向的空间溢出效应.第三,多水平效益.数字农业对农村环境可持续发展的影响存在双重门槛,随着数字农业发展水平的提升,影响强度呈现"低—高—低"分布.在数字农业发展契机下,要提高对数字农业的重视程度,形成区域协作发展模式,制定符合不同时期和不同区域特点的发展战略,持续推动农村环境可持续发展水平的提升.
Digital Agriculture and Sustainable Development of Rural Environment:Mechanism of Action and Multidimensional Benefits
The issue of sustainable development of rural environment is the focus of agricultural and ru-ral work,and it is important to clarify the theoretical relationship between digital agriculture and sustainable development of rural environment for the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central govern-ment)from 2012 to 2021,an empirical study was conducted.The study shows that there are multidimen-sional benefits of digital agriculture on sustainable development of rural environment.First,there exits mul-tifaceted benefits.Digital agriculture has a significant positive impact on the sustainable development of rural environment,which is reflected in four aspects:digital policy,digital facilities,digital application,and digital talents.Second,there exits multi-regional benefits.From the perspective of the division of prov-inces,the significance of the influence presents a"central-east-west"distribution.At the same time,there is a positive spatial spillover effect among neighboring regions.Third,there exits multi-level bene-fits.The impact of digital agriculture on the sustainable development of rural environment has a double threshold,and the intensity of the impact shows a"low-high-low"distribution as the development level of digital agriculture increases.Under the opportunity of digital agriculture development,we should pay more attention to digital agriculture,form a regional collaborative development model,and formulate devel-opment strategies that meet the characteristics of different periods and regions,so as to continuously promote the sustainable development of rural environment.
